Field Engineer

Process HVAC Solutions, LLC is systems automation provider for HVAC and mechanical systems in mission critical environments. We specialize in high tier level data centers and biotech/pharmaceutical facilities. Based in Lawrence, PA, PHS is looking for well qualified person to join a growing company as a Field Engineer.

Basic Job Description: The field technician is responsible for on-site installation, checkout & verification of instrumentation and end devices during the installation, startup and commissioning phases of the project.

Position Open: Field Engineer / Sr. Field Engineer

Primary Job Location: Lawrence, PA

Ideal Candidate:

• Will possess a 2-4 year technical/engineering degree or equivalent industry experience in instrumentation, electronics, HVAC or mechanical systems. BS MET/MDET/EMET/EET preferred.

• Hands-one experience with DCS and PLC/HMI systems. Programming or Emerson DeltaV experience a plus.

• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control valves.

• Will be able to work effectively with minimal oversight.

• Will have a strong technical aptitude.

• Must be able to travel – job is 50-60% out of town work.

• Must work well with others and present themselves in a professional manner with clients, other contractors and within PHS. Project management experience a plus.

Other Information:

Position is a full time job with excellent benefits including 401(k) and company profit sharing. All travel expenses are company paid. Candidate must pass background check, psychological evaluation and drug screening prior to employment.
