    The Installed Base Service Department is dedicated to provide customers with skillful technicians to respond to your field  service needs.  Our technicians are factory certified by Emerson Process Management in the following IBS categories:

Our certified technicians are on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week so that we can respond to your emergency requests and minimize plant interruptions due to a system failure.  We offer many levels of customer support contracts based on your needs.  Please refer to the list of services our service department can offer your company.
